The Fray Play ACL - Live

The alternative rock band The Fray stopped by Austin City Limits Live at the Moody Theater on October 30, 2016 as part of their latest tour.

The Fray was formed in 2002 by schoolmates Isaac Slade and Joe King. Their debut album How To Save A Life went double platinum in the US, while their single, by the same name, hit the Top 3 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart in 2005.

The Fray's latest single is "Singing Low" from the 2016 of their greatest hits album, Through the Years: The Best of The Fray.

In addition to lead vocalist, pianist Isaac Slade, The Fray's band members include guitarist, vocalist Joe King, guitarist Dave Welsh, drummer Ben Wysocki, and touring bassist Jason Hardin.

The world-renowned rock band Trans-Siberian Orchestra performed at the Frank Erwin Center at the University of Texas at Austin on December 20, 2018.  The group is celebrating their 20th year of touring with an all-new production of The Ghosts of Christmas Eve - the Best of TSO and More. Trans-Siberian Orchestra TSO combined the 3P's - Passion, Power, and Pyro - to present an unforgettable evening of entertainment for the enthusiastic audience. As in past performances, TSO held nothing back. The musicians were top-notch rock artists bringing their individual persons to the stage with each number and the vocalists knew exactly when to belt out a note or hold back to present just the right feeling. The scenes for each number were perfectly set with pyrotechnics, lasers, and even manufactured snow falling on the audience seated on the floor. Fists flew and bodies flung through the air on Monday, April 6, 2015 as the WWE brought Monday Night RAW to the Frank Erwin Center. Champions as well as newcomers put on an exhibition of power and showmanship, each trying to garner the enthusiasm of the crowd to help their cause.
