Mack, Jack & McConaughey Gala Brings Stars to Austin

The 4th annual Mack, Jack, and McConaughey Gala took place on April 14, 2016, at Austin City Limits Live at the Moody Theater. The Mack, Jack, and McConaughey Foundation is the joint fundraising effort by Academy Award-winning actor Matthew McConaughey, ACM Award-winning recording artist Jack Ingram and ESPN analyst and University of Texas coaching legend Mack Brown. The MJ&M two-day event included the Gala dinner, auction, and concert, a golf tournament, a star-studded concert featuring Jack Ingram and several of his music industry cohorts and a fashion show hosted by the wives Mack Jack and McConaughey, Sally Brown, Amy Ingram, and Camilia Alves. On April 24, 2014, the Mack, Jack and McConaughey Fundation kicked off their second annual fundraising event at Austin's ACL-Live at the Moody Theater with a star-studded lineup of friends. Recently, several big-name celebrities joined forces in Austin, Texas for two days of star-studded fun, all in the name of helping kids in need.  Mack and Sally Brown, Amy and Jack Ingram, Camila and Matthew McConaughey  University of Texas head football coach Mack Brown and is wife Sally, country singer Jack Ingram and his wife Amy, and actor Matthew McConaughey and his model/designer wife Camila Alves McConaughey created MJ&M: Empowering Kids as a way to "impact the lives of kids by supporting programs dedicated to empowering underserved children."
