Outlaw Music Festival 2021 Kicks Off Tour In Austin

Country music fans were thrilled when the Outlaw Music Fest chose Austin as its first tour stop on August 22, 2021. The festival took place at the Germania Insurance Amphitheater at the Circuit of the Americas racetrack. The Outlaw Music Fest has a rotating lineup of excellent country acts with Willie Nelson and Family headlining each stop. In addition to Willie and Family, for this first stop, fans were treated to music from Chris Stapleton, Ryan Bingham, and Yola. Austin, Texas is often referred to as the "Live Music Capital of the World."  On any given night, audiences can find many different kinds of musical genres being performed in the hundreds of venues scattered around town. Michael Buble Croons His Way Into Austinites' Hearts

On August 3, Michael Buble took to the stage of The University of Texas' Frank Erwin Center for an evening of music standards. The Grammy Award-winning Canadian big band singer sounded great as he greeted fans with his cover of  Fever.  Buble then proceeded to dazzle the audience with his smooth vocals, performing both original tunes and classic covers including Haven't Met You Yet , Everything ,  Moondance , Come Dance With Me , and Cry Me A River . The extremely likable singer also showed off some classic dance moves and a good sense of humor as he entertained the crowd. YES Plays ACL-Live

 Yes, you heard right. The legendary pioneers of progressive rock, YES appeared on the stage at Austin ’s ACL - Live at the Moody Theater on March 20, 2013 . The band, whose history spans 45 years and has issued 20 studio albums, is on a world tour playing three of their albums in their entirety. Eric Clapton Wraps Up Great SXSW Music Week In Austin

Austin’s week long music showcase, SXSW 2013, featuring thousands of artists from around the globe as well as countless local talent all performing every possible music genre known to mankind, finally came to an end on March 17. After all of the phenomenal talent displayed in our fine city during this crazy festival, which artist would be worthy enough to showcase as the finale with one last mega-show? The beginning of a new year is always exciting and filled with mixed emotions of the things to come. The New Year offers a new chapter of our lives as well as new challenges to conquer. As 2013 begins, we contemplate the past year and make resolutions to improve the new one ahead. Here at Limelight Imaging we have conjured up some new goals and ideas while hibernating in the cooler months and now that we’re rested up from the exhausting holidays, it’s time to take on 2013! First, our coverage of the local music scene in “The Live Music Capitol of the World,” Austin, Texas, has been off to a slow start this month due to the holidays but now most bands are getting back on the bus and we’re gearing up for a full calendar.
