Emo's may not be the largest music venue in ATX, but lately they have been featuring some of the most diverse acts. Some of March's shows have included EDM, Country, old-school Psychedelic Punk Rock, and now American folk. The latest group to be showcased was the husband and wife duo known as Shovels and Rope. They stopped by for a show on March 30, 2017. Shovels and Rope Michael Trent and Cary Ann Hearst are Shovels and Rope. The duo released their first album in 2008. Their 5th album "Little Seed" is now available.
