The Austin Mac and Cheese Festival Vol.3 took place on November 11, 2018. The event was hosted by Austin Food Magazine and was held at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. The 9th Annual Texas Monthly BBQ Festival took place on November 3 and 4, 2018 in Austin, Texas. The event was comprised of three separate events held at three different locations around Austin over the two days. 9th Annual Texas Monthly BBQ Festival On Saturday, November 3,  the festival found BBQ foodies at Stiles Switch BBQ & Brew in North Austin for an educational class on all things meat conducted by Professors from Texas A & M University's Meat Science Department.
