Spice For Life Chili Cook-off and Afterburner Concert
The 7th annual Spice For Life Chili Cook-off and Afterburner Concert featuring Max Frost and Sweet Spirit presented by and benefiting Young Texans Against Cancer took place on February 4, 2017 at Stubb's BBQ Waller Creek Amphitheater. This event was the 2017 kick-off for fundraising efforts for the Young Texans Against Cancer - Austin Chapter. YTAC is a non-profit organization run by volunteers, all of whom have either lost or witnessed a loved one fighting cancer. They raise funds for local research and support organizations in Central Texas. Here are some of the Chili Cook-off participants: Sweet Spirit Austin-based band Sweet Spirit call themselves "a throw-back country soul group."
