Covering the Limelight in ATX

Austin, Texas is known as the "Live Music Capital of the World" and during SXSW, it is easy to see why. Acts from all over the world converge on Austin, hoping to be noticed by the right industry people. Every venue is jam-packed from open to close with musical acts of all kinds. But not all of the of the music performed during SXSW is found in the venues in and around downtown Austin. One of the most unique shows takes place about 30 miles outside of Austin on the grounds of a former movie set. But this isn't just some run of the mill movie set. This set is located on the private ranch of the one and only country music icon, Willie Nelson and the set was used during the shooting of Willie's movie, The Red Headed Stranger . One of the final parties of SXSW Music Festival is put on by Perez Hilton. This year the Perez Hilton One Night In Austin took place of Saturday, March 21 at the Austin Music Hall.
