Matisyahu made Austin his final stop on his Broken Crowns  Fall Tour when he performed at Stubb's on November 5, 2017. The Grammy-nominated singer was on tour after the May 2017 release of his sixth studio album, Undercurrent . Matisyahu is supported by Joe Tomino on drums, Aaron Dugan on guitar, Stu Brooks on bass, and Big Yuki on keyboards.  Matisyahu is the Hebrew stage name for Matthew Paul Miller.  This Jewish American vocalist,  whose style is ever-changing, has covered many genres during his career including reggae, beatbox and alternative rock. Orphan Opening for Matisyahu was a Matisyahu-produced project from Brooklyn, NY, Orphan The band consists of Menachem Morgenstein, Nissin Levitin, and Chaim Ferris.

25 Years of 311

Touring the country to celebrate their 25th anniversary as a band, 311 rocked the stage at Austin City Limits - Live at the Moody Theater on Sunday, August 2, 2015 for the next-to-the-last stop on their Summer Tour. 311 performs at ACL Live at the Moody Theater 311 was formed in 1990 in Omaha, Nebraska. It is comprised of vocalist/guitarist Nick Hexum, vocalist SA Martinez, guitarist Tim Mahoney, bassist Aaron "P-Nut" Wills, and drummer Chad Sexton.
