The Cult Takes Over Austin
The British rock band The Cult stopped in Austin for a show at Stubb's BBQ Waller Creek Amphitheater on Wednesday, October 28, 2015.
The Cult just completed a new album due to release in February 2016 and played a series of three shows in Texas in preparation for their west coast tour dates beginning in mid-November. Austin was the first of these shows.
The Cult introduced their new bassist, Grant Fitzpatrick, at the Stubb's Show.
The other members of The Cult are vocalist Ian Astbury, guitarist Billy Duffy, drummer John Tempesta, and touring keyboardist Damon Fox.
