South By Southwest started in 1987 as a music festival and seminar in Austin, Texas. In 1994 SXSW added a film and media component to the event. In 2019, SXSW is a conglomeration of film, interactive media, and music festivals and conferences lasting 10 days, March 8 through March 17.

Sword Of Trust

Sword of Trust was a feature film making its world premiere at SXSW. It tells the story of a pawnshop owner and a couple trying to cash in on a family heirloom: a sword thought to prove that the South won the Civil War.
