Tennis Anyone?
The indie pop band Tennis played a show at the Mohawk on April 11, 2017. Tennis has been headlining smaller venues this spring before they head out on a summer tour in support of The Shins.
Tennis is comprised of Alaina Moore and Patrick Riley. This husband and wife duo from Denver, Colorado released their debut album in 2011. Their fourth album, Yours Conditionally, was released in March 2017.
The Greeting Committee
Opening for Tennis was The Greeting Committee. They are a young indie pop quartet out of Kansas City. They meet in high school and played their first gig at their high school talent show. Their latest EP "Meeting People Is Easy" was released in March.
The Greeting Committee consists of lead vocalist/guitarist Addie Sartino, guitarist Brandon Yangmi, bassist Pierce Turcotte, and drummer Austin Fraser.
