Covering the Limelight in ATX

Rapper and poet Noname stopped by Emo's in Austin, Texas on February 27, 2019, as part of her Room 25 tour.  Noname Noname Fatima Nyeema Warner, aka Noname, is a rapper and slam poet artist from Chicago.  Noname quickly came into prominence in 2013 after her appearanced on Chance The Rappers popular mixtape Acid Rap . She released her debut mixtape  Telefone  in 2016 and followed it with her debut album Room 25 in 2018. Room 25 was one of 2018's most talked about hip-hop albums. The 2018 version of the Austin City Limits Music Festival took place on two weekends: October 5 -7 and October 12 - 14, 2018, in beautiful Zilker Park in downtown Austin, Texas.  The festival brought tens of thousands of attendees, 8 stages and over 130 acts to the "Live Music Capital of the World."
