John Fogerty At ACL Live

On Saturday, October 19, 2013, John Fogerty performed to an enthusiastic crowd at Austin City Limits Live at the Moody Theater. Fogerty is best known as the lead singer, songwriter, and guitarist for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inducted band Creedence Clearwater Revival.  Fogerty and his band played an extensive set which included music from his time as a member of Creedence Clearwater Revival and his solo career. 



To start off the show, Fogerty played CCR's 1970 album Cosmo's Factory in its entirety. This was followed by hits from many albums including Creedence Clearwater Revival released in 1968, Bayou Country, Green River, and Willy and The Poor Boys, which were all released in 1969, Pendulum released in 1970, and four of Fogery's solo albums- Centerfield, John Fogerty, Blue Moon Swamp, and Wrote A Song For Everyone.






Fogerty's lastest album, Wrote A Song For Everyone, is a collection of duets of  CCR's classics and new original songs.  Fogerty's duet partners included Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban, Kid Rock, Zac Brown Band, Bob Seeger, Brad Paisley, Jennifer Hudson, Foo Fighters, Dawes, My Morning Jacket, and Alan Jackson.
