The event featured vendors and chefs showcasing oysters from both the East Coast and Gulf of Mexico. Patrons could sample oysters on the half shell, grilled oysters, Oyster Po Boys, and more. In addition to the oysters, the official beverage host for the festival was Austin's own Deep Eddy Vodka.
Live music for the event was provided by High Plains Jamboree, the Braun Brothers, and Chanson Et Soulards.
