25 Years of 311

Touring the country to celebrate their 25th anniversary as a band, 311 rocked the stage at Austin City Limits - Live at the Moody Theater on Sunday, August 2, 2015 for the next-to-the-last stop on their Summer Tour.

311 was formed in 1990 in Omaha, Nebraska. It is comprised of vocalist/guitarist Nick Hexum, vocalist SA Martinez, guitarist Tim Mahoney, bassist Aaron "P-Nut" Wills, and drummer Chad Sexton.

Mixing rock, reggae, hip-hop, and funk, 311 has thrilled fans with their unique sound and earned the reputation as one of the most entertaining live bands in the U.S. This show was especially loved by fans as the band performed several selections they had not covered in previous shows here in Austin.

With the release of Stereolithic, their eleventh studio album in 2014 debuting at #6 on the Top 200 Album charts and multiple previous singles and albums rising high on the charts, it is easy to see why the fans were so excited for this great setlist of hits and fan favorites.

Opening the night for 311 was Hawaii's critically acclaimed reggae band, The Green.

The band members are: Zion Thompson, Brad Wantanabe,  Caleb Keolanui, Jordan Espinoza, Ikaika Antone and JP Kennedy.
